Install ClipBucket On Webuzo

Overview

This guide shows you HOW to INSTALL CLIPBUCKET on WEBUZO.
Installing ClipBucket on Webuzo is SIMPLE - Just INSTALL ClipBucket with the BUILT-IN Softaculous Auto-installer and
Install a few modules required by ClipBucket. 

ClipBucket Requirements

Below are the requirements for ClipBucket as stated on the ClipBucket's Installation Page

PHP 5.2.x & MySql 5.x.x
PHP with Background Processing and Exec Enabled
GD Library For Captchas and Other Image Manuplation
FFMPEG – FLVTOOL2 – MP4Box

Install ClipBucket

This section will guide you to install ClipBucket with Webuzo Softaculous Auto-installer
  1. Navigate to ClipBucket under the Video Category :
    Install clipbucket home.jpg
  2. Fill in the details for the installation and Click Install.

  3. Visit the Admin Area of your installation.

  1. Navigate to Stats and Configurations > Website Configurations > Uploading and Conversion Settings

  2. SET the PATH to your ffmpeg, flvtool2 installation and Save your settings.
Note : Installation of ffmpeg and Clipbucket is depicted below. 
  1. Upload a Video from your Clipbucket Installation.

  2. Check the status of your video under My Videos.

Installing ffmpeg

The following Section will guide you to install ffmpeg on your Webuzo Server.

Note : Guide is tested on CentOS 5.x : http://24x7servermanagement.com/blog/?p=762

Execute the following commands from your terminal to install ffmpeg:

# Install the necessary repositories (Listed below is for CentOS 5.x - x86_64)
rpm -Uhv http://apt.sw.be/redhat/el5/en/x86_64/rpmforge/RPMS//rpmforge-release-0.3.6-1.el5.rf.x86_64.rpm

# Install ffmpeg
yum install ffmpeg ffmpeg-devel

# Check ffmpeg
whereis ffmpeg

Installing flvtool2

The following Section will guide you to install flvtool2 on your Webuzo Server.

Note : Guide is tested on CentOS 5.x

Execute the following commands from your terminal to install flvtool2:

# Install ffmpeg
yum install flvtool2

# Check flvtool2
whereis flvtool2
