How will I know the IP address of my Webuzo?

1. After Webuzo has finished booting you will see the IP address displayed in the console for the #virtualization software.
2. In your terminal type:

 Root > ifconfig

You can access

• Webuzo Admin Panel at [http://[your-ip]:2004] and
• Enduser Panel at [http://[your-ip]:2002]

Note : You may need to restart the network if you are unable to access the Webuzo IP. In your terminal type:

Root > service network restart

Follow Step 2 onwards.

Does webuzo support multiple languages?

Webuzo s available in 9 different languages ,namely - English, Spanish, Hungarian, Turkish, Italian, French, Russian, Dutch, Portuguese.

Follow these steps to view Webuzo in the language of your choice:

1. Login to the Webuzo Admin Panel
2. Click on the Settings Tab.
3. Scroll down to Choose Language
4. Select the language of your choice.
5. Click on Edit Settings to allow the settings to take action.

Do I have all of the scripts available?

• Webuzo's Free Version allows you to enjoy the benefit of only 59 popular scripts provided by Softaculous.
  
• Whereas, Webuzo's Trail Version as well as Premium Version allows you to experience all the 250+ scripts provided by Softaculous.

Can I shutdown Webuzo?

Webuzo can be suspended as shutting down your physical machine. It leaves Webuzo in a disabled state.

To accomplish this task follow these steps:

1. Log in to your Webuzo Admin Panel
2. Click on Settings Tab.
3. Navigate to the category : "Disable Webuzo"
4. Check/Uncheck "Turn Webuzo Off" to disable/enable Webuzo
5. Click on Edit Settings to allow the settings to take action.

Licence not found

This error may occur due to one of the following reasons:

• The Licence must have been expired.
• Invalid License Key.

Solution:

• See that you own a valid non-expired License key. You can view your license details in your Client Center
• Refresh License in the Webuzo Admin Panel.
• Run the following command in the shell:

Root > php /usr/local/webuzo/cron.php

Default Password for Webuzo Virtual Appliances

1. Here is your Admin Panel
2. To access Admin Panel in Webuzo:
   • User-name : webuzo username
   • Password : (password to the Webuzo User )

Password for MySQL

Note : Password of phpMyAdmin root user will be found at /var/webuzo/my.conf

1. phpMyAdmin is a tool written in PHP intended to handle the administration of MySQL over the WWW.
   
2. To access phpMyAdmin in Webuzo:
   
   • User-name : root
   • Password : (password can be found in /var/webuzo/my.conf )

Password for mongoDB

1. MongoDB is a scalable, high-performance, open source NoSQL database.
2. To access MongoDB in Webuzo:
   • User-name : admin
   • Password : admin

How can I get the Free License of Webuzo

Steps:

1. Install and Configure Webuzo without a License key. You can get the Guide here.
2. Webuzo will automatically assign a Free License to your server.
3. You can view your License in your Admin Panel.

What is the difference between a Server License and a Virtual Appliance and Cloud License ?

A Server license can be used only on one server either Dedicated or a Virtual Server. A Virtual Appliance and Cloud License allows you to deploy unlimited Virtual Appliances or Cloud Instances within your Organisation.

What do you mean by Unlimited Virtual Appliances or Cloud Instances ?

When you buy a Virtual Appliance and Cloud License you can deploy unlimited Cloud instances or Virtual Appliances but only for / within your own company / organisation. You are not allowed to resell without explicit permission from Softaculous Ltd.

What is a Virtual Appliance ?

A virtual appliance is a Virtual Machine running Webuzo. You can use that to deploy Apps by just starting the Virtual Appliance. More information on deploying the Webuzo Virtual Appliances can be found here

What is a Cloud Instance ?

A Cloud Instance is a Virtual Machine Image (AMI) running Webuzo. You can deploy all Webuzo Apps in the Cloud on Amazon EC2. More information on deploying the Webuzo Virtual Appliances can be found here

Can I resell ?

You are not allowed to resell Virtual Appliances and / or Cloud Images. If you offer Hosting Services and would like to offer your Clients a Webuzo SERVER License for their Dedicated Servers or VPS servers you can consider to become a NOC and avail discounts.

What Payment methods do you accept ?

We accept PayPal and Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

Can I cancel the license at any time ?

Yes you can cancel your license at any time. Once you cancel your license you will not receive any further updates. Your existing Applications will continue to run, but your access to the Webuzo Control Panel will be restricted.

Internal Server Error

• This error is mainly caused due to inappropriate group/owner set to the files/folders.
  
• Simply set the Group and Owner to your webuzo username for your files/folders using your favorite SCP client.
  OR
  
• Run the following command from your terminal:

Root > chown -R webuzo_username:webuzo_username /path/to/files  

How to change the default Webuzo page that appears by default for every domain ?

You can edit the noindex.html file located at:
/var/www/error/

Cannot access Webuzo Admin / Enduser Panel ?

• Run the following command from your terminal:

Root > service webuzo restart
